The clinic is located on the West Hamilton Mountain in a newly renovated space. Parking is located in the driveway. There is a washroom available. Please note: the clinic is not wheelchair accessible and there are stairs to enter the clinic space. In the event of allergies/sensitivities, I do have a dog who lives upstairs and does not enter the clinic space. 

I am best reached via text message for the fastest response - please include your name, length of massage you are seeking, and preferred date for treatment. I can be reached by email or by phone as well. Please note: I do work as a Registered Nurse and massage on my days off. I can typically accommodate massage therapy requests within a week. 

I provide Swedish massage therapy techniques and have a natural deep touch/pressure (deep tissue massage). The type of pressure can be accommodated as per client request. I use myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy and utilize a direct focus on problem areas to relieve tension and discomfort. I treat multiple conditions such as upper and lower back discomfort, sports injuries, sciatic pain, TMJ, and neck discomfort. My goal is to provide client satisfaction and improve well-being.

I accept cash and etransfer. I provide a receipt for services at the end of the treatment (I am registered with the CMTO). The client can submit the receipt to their insurance company when applicable.  Please note: I do not offer direct billing.
